Ishan Kapoor is an IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta alumnus with an enviable career track record boasting of high-flying jobs with global giants like PwC, HRH Prince Charles’s SMI and Wipro’s Global 100 program. He has had a lifelong desire to be an entrepreneur, but only when he was convinced that he could contribute to society in some way! Having been associated with the corporate world for 8 years, Ishan identified the gap between industry requirements and the conventional education system. To fill in this space, Ishan teamed up with two other co-founders who had already trained and placed 5000+ students to create HopingMinds.
