Truman State University has announced student enrolments for on-campus studies for its programmes – Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry and Business Administration programmes. Truman offers premium quality tertiary education and career opportunities for those aspiring for international education. On-campus classes commence January 10, 2022.
“The ravages of the global pandemic have impacted the dreams and decisions of many Indian students who planned to study abroad in the past 18 months,” said Tim Urbonya, Executive Director of International Education at Truman. “Being a responsible and student-centric university, we ensure a safe learning environment for all and are eager to welcome international students under safe and better conditions.”
“This year we saw the beginning of a return to normal enrolments for international students at Truman State University,” he said. “We are looking forward to welcoming our new Indian students in the spring 2022 session in Missouri.”
Urbonya said Truman programmes provide students with the skills and experience industry requires. “We also have a very good understanding of the demand for specific fields of study in the new normal, and are providing courses in areas such as Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Mathematics, Business studies, Accountancy and many more,” he said.

To help students reach their study goals during these challenging times, Truman introduced special merit-based scholarships of up US $10,000 for high achieving students from India. The deadline to apply for Spring semester scholarship consideration has been extended to October 30, 2021, while the deadline to apply for fall 2022 scholarship consideration is April 30, 2022.
Since 1914, Truman State University has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Truman has maintained full accreditation for all of its programmes through the years.
