Newton School, a Bengaluru-based edtech startup that is building a neo-university for aspiring software developers, has appointed Dinesh Manoharhan as Vice President of Sales – Enterprise. Manoharan, who previously led sales for an American technology enabled learning company, Skillsoft and a management consulting firm, Korn Ferry, will be in charge of Newton School’s enterprise partnerships. He has extensive experience in cloud-based software products and solutions such as ERP,CRM,  e-learning, and so on, across multiple markets, as well as the expertise of leading a high-performance sales team focused on driving growth. This new hire comes just a month after Newton School received a $25 million Series B funding round led by Steadview Capital.

Dinesh has worked in sales and sales leadership for 22 years in India, North America, and APAC region and will be now working closely with the delivery team and the founders at Newton School. He spent ten years in Business Development with IT and IT consulting firms, primarily in the North American market. In his last 12 years as a Sales Leader (VP-Sales) & Sr.Director with Skillsoft and  Korn Ferry in India and APAC, he has managed a multi million dollar business  and has been instrumental in winning large complex deals.

Newton School has successfully placed 1,500+ aspirants in over 600 prestigious companies, including Google, Lenskart, Zomato, Flipkart and Razorpay, among others, and is on track to reach 100 million in annualized run rate by 2023.
