Dr. NK Goyal, President of CAMI Association of India

Dr. NK Goyal, President of CAMI Association of India said that “Social media has kept us away from our loved ones. Our all happiness or grief is now just limited to a small message that weakens our relationships and doesn’t reveal our self-efficacy effectively. Social media can be a positive tool to help children grow and develop but it is also affecting the emotional and mental health of young people.”

Neelima Kamarah, Registrar KIIT College of Engineering said, “It was such an interactive and informative session for all the students as well as us Faculty members. We should never forget our values, our values keep us connected to our roots. When our actions and words are aligned with our values, life feels good and we feel satisfied. We should pay attention to our mindset and we must do meditation daily at least 15 minutes every day.”
