IMS Noida PGDM & MIB Department organized an enrichment session on Personality Development on Locus of Control for the student. To broaden their mental horizon, improve general awareness and strengthen critical thinking which will help students in their career progression. At the workshop, Senior Director of IMS Noida, Dr. Kulneet Suri and Dr. Pooja Sehgal, Head of Department PGDM & MIB  were present and shared inputs for honing the personality. The workshop was attended by students, faculty members, and other staff.

In his keynote address, Dr. Pooja Sehgal guided the young audience on various aspects of personality. Every individual has been bestowed upon with some distinct advantage and to identify that may help them to form a unique personality. The session benefited students to prepare for group discussion and interviews, a thorough preparation on the bio-data were the key points to get success in Group Discussion and interviews.

While discussing various facets of personality development, Senior Director  IMS Noida, Dr. Kulneet Suri said, “Every student needs to work on their personality grooming in today’s competitive world, this session organized for IMS students is making them achieve their goal. The enhancement in personality is the result of the smart work that we have put during college life and can be seen in our first job. At Harvard, the first thing they teach us is to be curious and ask questions so that your doubts are dispelled and you become confident when you learn, which is the intrinsic requirement to be successful and have a dynamic personality.

The session will make students of IMS Noida achieve their successful life in the future and achieve their dream job in their life. The different sessions included training on various facets of personality development. Students were apprised of the nuances of body language and conversational skills through various interactive sessions. And also trained on behaviour in public speaking, confidence building, presentation skills and voice modulation.
