IMS Ghaziabad organized a 2 Days Value Added Certification Programme on ‘Digital and Social Media Marketing’ by the Ministry Of Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises (MSME) for students of PGDM Batch 2021-23. The training program, envisioned by Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, was conducted under the umbrella of ‘Skill Enhancement & Corporate Readiness’, an initiative undertaken by the institute with the objective to improve the corporate readiness and employability of students.

The Expert Resource speaker for the session was the renowned corporate trainer Ms. Bhawana Bhardwaj. Using an interactive pedagogy having a combination of simulation exercises, real time case studies and corporate examples, she deftly explained how to leverage the vast potential of various digital platforms and social media handles for generating competitive advantage.

The Guest speaker for the session was Mr. Abhishek Mukherjee, Founder & Director, Knowledge Talks, who highlighted that mastering the numerous tools of digital marketing is no longer a choice for individuals and organizations, rather it was a ‘must have’. Coordinated by Dr. Surabhi Singh, Chief Coordinator, Value-Added Certification Programs, and Dr. Pushpender Kumar, the coveted certification program equipped the students with knowledge and experience for implementation of Digital Tools at various Social Media platforms.
