DPS RNE organised many activities to promote awareness of saving soil for environmental sustainability and people’s welfare among citizens, as a part of Sadguru’s ‘Save Soil’ Movement. Students from Nursery to Standard 5th participated in the campaign in a very cheerful manner. Class 7th to 12th pupils wrote a letter to PM and requested to launch initiatives to save soil for a better and healthier Planet Earth.

Students planted many trees and performed exceedingly well in the ‘Save Soil’ campaign. They were also made aware of the advantages of carrying bigger plantation drives. Students also watched a special video of Sadguru on the tree plantation drive. The initiative was to increase students’ interests and inclination towards saving soil and the planet as a whole.

Ms Pallavi Upadhyaya, Principal, DPS RNE said that student engagement is very important to spread the moral messaging of such initiatives to common people.
