Coursmy has introduced an on-job Internship bootcamp model which provides an opportunity for the students to pursue real on-job training and become employment ready. This offer comes with opportunities to work with Coursmy team on many projects.

The 90-days boot camp helps bring the learners to a basic understanding of the job role and then preparation through a structured program and making them employment ready. The focus of these internships is to give a strong command on their technical skills along with having problem-solving and critical thinking.

The company launched internship in Python, Java, Blockchain & Cybersecurity. Along with this, the company has been conducting a series of internships on Data Analyst & CRM and this initiative aimed at creating a more employable talent pool in tier 2 & 3 cities.

Once the internship is over, Students will get an opportunity to apply for permanent positions in the company and also will be groomed for the same job role opportunities in their partner organizations.

Company is trying to solve the employability challenge by giving hands-on job experience to students. In this, they are planning to make 10,000 students employment-ready by 2021.

Along with a 3-month achiever internship, the company also launched a 2-weeks starter program & 1 Month Alpha program. Coursmy is also offering 50% scholarship in Achiever category and 100% scholarship in 1-month Alpha Internship.
