Within two years of its inception, Beyond 8 has expanded to three centres in India and is looking to expand further in the coming years. The first two centres are located at Muttukadu and Sholinganallur.

Owing to a growing base of learners that are disenthralled by traditional schooling coupled with a successful model of hybrid learning offered, Beyond 8 is establishing its place as one of the frontrunners in liberal education in India. The benefits of a learner-focused education are appealing to parents and children alike. The new and exclusive academic center will offer learners, plenty of learning spaces, a practice laboratory, recording rooms, a library among other innovative learning resources.

Naveen Mahesh, Co-founder, Beyond 8 says, “As we chart our journey towards becoming preferred providers of liberal education beyond 8th grade in India, we see a multitude of learners seeking an education with agency and self-determination. We are quickly ramping up our capabilities in Chennai and other cities to keep up with the uptick for liberal education among high schoolers. This trend is indicative of our vision: the future will belong to global citizens who are equipped with essential 21st century skills.”

“I am thrilled that my child will be able to access and experience the picturesque academic center at Palavakkam. After being part of restrictive classroom environments, Beyond 8 has come as a welcome change in liberal education. We are looking forward to seeing our son thrive in the pathways that open up to him here,” said Sunil Mukundan, parent of a 10th grader at Beyond 8.
