Global Capability Center (GCC) of Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider and a Fortune 500 company, in Hyderabad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad (IMT Hyderabad). The MoU entails launching a professional training program focused on producing workforce ready graduates in the finance domain and thereby contribute to developing Hyderabad’s talent ecosystem.

Over the course of the three-year collaboration, students will be provided with best-in-class learning environment, which mirrors the dynamic industry ecosystem, through a comprehensive training module. Access to industry best practices, resources, global training and curriculum and hands-on labs will be provided to facilitate impactful skill development.

Talking about the association, Mr. Mahender Dubba, Managing Director at Advance Auto Parts India GCC said, “The Retail Automotive Aftermarket industry is undergoing rampant transformation with the acceleration of digitization. Advance signed an MoU last month with Vardhman College of Engineering and VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology in Hyderabad. Additionally, the collaboration with IMT Hyderabad is also a part of the company’s Global University programs, which will give academic institutions access to resources, training, curriculum content, and hands-on labs to advance practical skills for today’s workforce.
